Cleopatra Stratan (born October 6, 2002 in Chişinău, Moldova) is the youngest person ever to score commercial success as a singer, with her 2006 album La vârsta de trei ani ("At the age of 3"). She holds the record for being the youngest artist who performed live for two hours in front of a large audience, the highest paid young artist, the youngest artist to receive an MTV award and the youngest artist to score a #1 hit in a country ("Ghiţă" in Romanian Singles Chart).^[1] As of late 2011, Cleopatra and her family have relocated and are living in Romania.

Early life

Pavel Stratan, father of Cleopatra, was in a studio recording a song with 3-year-old Cleopatra hanging around. Impulsively, she grabbed a microphone and started singing along with Pavel. Everybody was stunned so they ended up recording the song with Cleopatra performing the lead vocals, and suggested that as she is younger than Shirley Temple, she should be included in the Guinness Book of World Records as the youngest talent ever to perform on stage and record her own album.^[2][3] Some of her songs have already been translated into English ^[4] and Spanish.^[5] La vârsta de 3 ani and a Ghiţă maxi-single were also released in Japan.^[6][7] La vârsta de trei ani ("At the age of 3") was a double platinum disk in the summer of 2006 for selling more than 150,000 albums in Romania. In December 2006, her father announced that until the next album (possibly in one or two years), she will no longer sing publicly.^[8]

As of 2006 December, Cleopatra's biggest hit is the song "Ghiţă".^[9]

In 2008, Cleopatra released her second album called La Varsta De 5 Ani with the hit song "Zunea-Zunea". On December 13, 2008, her brother, Cezar (named by Cleopatra) was born. She also had a concert on 20 December before leaving for Chişinău to see her younger brother.

1.       Always moved to other city since kid bcos ma otosan is a sailor

2.       When I’m  1 years old my house got fire n I’m almost get burned but my auntie saved me. My otosan was in other island ( I heard this from okasan)

3.       Almost lived nearby beach

4.       When elementary school  I got bullied bcos they known my ojichan is japaness, n they’re hated that (Japaness was colonized Indonesia at past)

5.       Loved to make up my ototosan became a girl LOL

6.       Growed up in boys circle (almost all of my cousin is a boy, my friends too)

7.       Have big enemy in education when I’m in elementary school. He is son of a police that never I can knock out (LOL) N grab the 1^st Rank from him.

8.       My ojichan is hard hand. He teached me in hard way bcos ojichan is a ex-soldier. But I thanks to him J

9.       I loved the sky especially at nite N I’ve secret place to watch them
